This Privacy Policy explains how the app published on Google Play as com.pixeldeck.app ("the App", "we", "us") handles information in connection with your use of the App. The App is a multi-system video-game emulator that runs game files you already have on your own device.

We designed com.pixeldeck.app to collect as little information as possible. The App has no user accounts, no login, and no sign-up. We do not ask you for your name, email address, or any similar personal details.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not require or collect a name, email address, phone number, or account of any kind.
• We do not collect your precise (GPS) location.
• We do not access your contacts, photos library, call logs, or messages.
• We never receive your payment card or bank details (see "Purchases" below).

2. Information Stored On Your Device

The following stays on your device or in a storage location you choose and is not transmitted to us:

• Game files (ROMs) and any background images you import through the Android file picker.
• Your in-game saves and save-states.
• App settings, control layouts, cheats, and backup archives you create.

You choose where these files live using Android's file-access dialog, and you can delete them at any time.

3. Advertising (Free Version Only)

The free version of com.pixeldeck.app shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, the AdMob SDK may collect and process:

• Your device's advertising identifier and other device identifiers.
• General device information (model, operating-system version, language).
• Approximate (coarse) location inferred from your IP address.
• Ad interaction data (impressions and clicks).

This processing is performed by Google, not by us. Where required (for example in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland), the App presents a consent message via Google's User Messaging Platform before any personalized ads are requested. If you purchase the premium version, the ads SDK is never initialized and this data is not collected by the App.

4. Purchases

Premium features are sold through Google Play Billing. All payments are processed by Google. We receive only a confirmation of your purchase or subscription status so the App can unlock premium features; we never see or store your payment card, bank, or billing details. Your purchase history is governed by Google's terms and privacy policy.

5. How This Information Is Used

• To display and measure advertisements in the free version (via Google).
• To determine whether you are entitled to premium features (via Google Play).
• To operate core App features using the files and settings stored on your device.

We do not sell your personal information.

7. Data Retention and Your Choices

• On-device data remains until you delete it, either from within the App or by clearing the App's storage in Android settings.

• You can review or withdraw ad consent (where the consent prompt applies) by resetting it in the App or your device settings.

8. Children's Privacy

com.pixeldeck.app is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App is rated for a general/teen audience and shows ads and in-app purchases that are not intended for children.

9. Security

Data exchanged with the third-party services above is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we rely on established Google SDKs for advertising and billing.

10. International Users, GDPR & CCPA

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. Because the App itself does not hold an account or personal profile about you, most such requests concern data handled by Google (advertising and purchases); you can exercise those choices through your Google account and device ad settings, or contact us using the details below and we will assist where we are able.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
