These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the com.pixeldeck.app application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
com.pixeldeck.app is a multi-system video-game emulator. It lets you run game files that you supply from your own device. The App does not include, provide, distribute, or link to any games, game files (ROMs), BIOS files, or copyrighted content.
You are solely responsible for the game files and other content you load into the App. You represent that you have the legal right to use any such files — for example, that you own an original copy or otherwise have permission. You must not use the App to infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right. We do not monitor, host, or have access to the files you load.
com.pixeldeck.app is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by any video-game console manufacturer or game publisher. Console names, logos, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are referred to only to describe compatibility. All rights in the App itself (excluding your content and third-party components) belong to the developer.
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or sell the App except as permitted by applicable law.

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Purchasing premium removes ads. Advertising is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility with any specific game or file, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data (including saves or save-states), arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the App unlawfully.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
